Primary International Healthcare and Goodhealth Worldwide have merged and will trade under the name Goodhealth from 1 August.
The new company will offer healthcare plans to expatriates in the Middle East, Far East and Europe, as well as to UK customers. Primary International Healthcare's existing products for Europe, the Gold and Platinum Plans, have been withdrawn; current policyholders will be offered discounted rates on the new products.
