Customers are demanding more from insurance. As a result, insurers and brokers are outsourcing to specialists who provide added-value services whenever the customer requires them, says David Fanning.

The prospects for outsourcing growth around the world during the
coming year are very encouraging, says US consultant Michael Corbett.
