Intellectual property insurance has been available in the UK for manyyears but has not achieved predicted levels of growth - until now.
A host of issues have combined, making the future for IP look very
bright.
Firstly, there is a greater understanding of IP in the general commercial
world. The idea that the UK is a knowledge economy has filtered down from
large PLCs to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as through the
general public.
