Groupama's UK insurance operation is up for sale, Professional Broking's sister title Post Magazine has discovered.The insurer's French parent company wants to refocus on its international business and a spokesman from the UK wing revealed to PM that it expected to have concluded a deal for a new parent by the end of the year, subject to Financial Services Authority approval. The sale does not include Groupama Transport.
Groupama has 1200 UK staff across the UK, including offices in London
