Just that little bit extra.

As Bear Gryll pointed out at the British Insurance Brokers' Association conference, the word extra is the only difference between ordinary and extraordinary. The industry should pick up on this to reap performance and satisfaction benefits.

Over the years, I have attended many Chartered Insurance Institute
and British Insurance Brokers' Association conferences. They always
include talks and discussions by people connected with the industry, some
of which are interesting but others not so.


It is, therefore, refreshing when speakers from outside the insurance
world give talks, applying the lessons and messages from their successes
and achievements to our business.


I often find these speakers give plenty of food for thought. And Bear
