Argent Insurance Group, part of Cox Insurance Holdings and currentlybeing rebranded insure-shop, has acquired John Dale Insurances' commercial
and personal lines books. John Dale Insurance is based in Newark, where
Argent has a branch, and all business will be transferred to that office.
Founder John Dale will help with the transition, then semi-retire. Argent
Insurance Group now has 18 retail and three commercial operations.
