Willis Corroon has announced its intention to grow via acquisition
once the takeover by US buyout specialist Kohlberg Kravis Roberts has been
completed.


Last month, KKR led a total cash offer of £851m for the firm - its largest
investment in Europe to date. An additional £100m for acquisition costs
and refinancing debts, made the final cost of the deal £951m. The deal
would see Willis Corroon switch from a publicly listed company to a
private firm.
