Lloyd's group Kiln is merging part of its back office facilities withBerkshire Hathaway International Insurance. The move will see BHIL move
its book of business to the Maidstone office of Kiln-owned Link
Insurance.
As a result of this, BHIL-owned motor syndicate Holdsure will now work
alongside Link, sharing facilities and processing. Kiln chairman, David
Gilchrist, said: "Significant savings will be achieved by combining the
administration of the two accounts."
