The integration of Guardian into the Axa structure is likely to leadto the closure of 13 regional branches.
While the exact details of the closures are still to be announced, a total
of nine Guardian or Axa branches will be closed because of duplication
within the same location. A further three branches will be shut because
they are close to an office in a nearby town.
