Direct Line has made Auto Indemnity its preferred supplier ofaccident management services, following Auto Indemnity's decision to
conform to the Association of British Insurers' replacement vehicle
initiative. Auto Indemnity hopes to establish similar relationships with
other insurers, and chief executive Adrian Palmer said: "I am delighted
that we are now starting to realise the fruits of our strategy of
co-operation rather than confrontation."
