Ex-Iron Trades intermediary manager Norman Stangroom, has joined
former colleague John Shetcliffe as director of John Shetcliffe Marketing,
spearheading the company's direct marketing services.


Mr Stangroom's main role will be to provide intermediaries with practical
marketing skills.


John Shetcliffe left his post as Iron Trades general manager last year in
order to establish John Shetcliffe Management.


Mr Stangroom said: "I cannot overemphasise the practical nature of this
