Q I am a small broker who has just gone on the Internet and started using e-mail. What can I do to stop getting hit by a virus?

In the last year, two major viruses have been released, causing much
annoyance, cost and disruption. First it was Melissa and now the "I love
you" bug and its derivatives.
Because we are now nearly all using Microsoft Outlook, the potential for
widespread devastation is huge - one small piece of Visual Basic script
can effect many, many PCs.
