Independent insurance broker Stackhouse Poland has been bought by
three insurance brokers.


Jeremy Cary, James Agnew and Keith Hester, all previously senior
executives with global brokers Aon and Marsh, have bought the 100%
shareholding in the business from Michael Poland.


The broker's current management team will be retained, including
non-executive chairman Peter Poland.
