The British Insurance Brokers' Association has warned brokers not to become complacent about authorisation by the Financial Services Authority.
It has published a checklist on its website of things to do to assist members in their preparation for life beyond 14 January 2005. It includes links to the relevant parts of the FSA Handbook, and templates to assist in evidencing compliance.
