Almost one third of insurance industry professionals have received no
training in the past 12 months, with 39% receiving less than one day every
other month, according to the first annual salary survey carried out for
Professional Broking's sister title Post Magazine, in association with Axa
Insurance.


The survey, conducted among brokers, intermediaries and insurers,
identified a huge gap in the provision of training to industry employees.
