Fortis Insurance has revised its House Guard policy, enhancing boththe cover and underwriting process.
Over 3000 postcodes have been revisited, with rates reduced for older
customers and newer properties. Rates have now been guaranteed on all
software systems.
The House Guard product covers buildings and contents, with standard
features including a 10% increase in the contents sum insured at weddings
and Christmas, reduced premiums for properties with good security, and a
24-hour claims helpline
