The market has given an enthusiastic response to the FinancialServices Authority's consultation paper Insurance Selling and
Administration: The FSA's High Level Approach to Regulation.
The British Insurance Brokers' Association's chief executive, Mike
Williams, described the paper as pragmatic and practical, while AA
Insurance Services has described it as common sense.
However, the FSA has emphasised that the consultation document is meant to
be just that, a basis for consultation. While the
