Oval, the UK insurance broking and financial services group, has acquired Leicester-based broker Williams & Williams. It is the group's eighth acquisition. As a result, Oval's Leicester office has become the largest in the group, with a turnover of £10m.
Williams & Williams is a general insurance broking, risk management and independent financial advisory business, and has several thousand corporate and personal clients.
