Five leading brokers have signed up for new software, signalling an
end to the 'wait and see' lull in broking technology.


Bland Bankart, Smart and Cook and Adams Tingle have all gone live with the
Acturis system, which they have been piloting. The system is unproven
outside its pilot but both Bland Bankart and Smart and Cook are 100%
reliant on it, having switched off their previous broking systems.


The Beckett Group is believed to be the next broker in line to go live
with Acturis, with Layton
