Q: I am confused about qualifications - what happened to the simpleACII to FCII system? And what do I need to do for Financial Services
Authority compliance?
A: You have my sympathy - I am still in the world of O levels.
The FSA states it is the responsibility of companies to ensure individuals
are, and remain, competent. Therefore, you must encourage employees to
take examinations that lead to accredited qualifications.
The FSA will ultimately lay down the rules governing statutory
requirements
