Insurer Groupama Insurances has reported the reorganisation of Groupama Healthcare, including its integration with Clinicare, has been successfully completed. The end of the six month project to bring the two businesses together sees Groupama Healthcare emerge as the eighth-largest PMI provider in the UK. All operations are now centralised from Groupama Healthcare's Letchworth headquarters. Alistair Sclare, head of healthcare underwriting at Groupama Helathcare, will lead the division.
