Affluent clients require different treatment from those covered by a general household policy. Not only are their service expectations higher, but the assets they need to cover will be of greater value, range and complexity, and their homes and possessions will be almost impossible to accurately value without specialist assistance.

Worryingly, the majority of high net worth customers are underinsured and are ignorant of the dangers of being so. Those unfortunate enough to have had to make a claim
