The founders of Towergate Underwriting Group, Peter Cullum, Paul Dyer and Tony Proverbs, are gifting almost 2% of their shares, worth an estimated £4m, to staff. Cullum group executive chairman said: "We are delighted for staff to benefit from the success of the group. We believe that the shares, which have been placed in an employee benefit trust, will have a future value the equivalent of the annual salary of each eligible member of staff."
