BUPA has created two new roles in its broker support team. DuncanCraig and Mark Norman will both join as international business development
managers. Mr Craig joined BUPA in 1988 and since 1995, has worked with
broker sales as telesales manager. Mr Norman joined BUPA International in
1997 as a customer services advisor, and has been a team leader in the
customer services and claims departments.
