Former Independent directors Robert McCracken and Keith Rutter have gone live with their new insurance company, The Underwriter Insurance Company, as exclusively revealed in Professional Broking (June, page 1).Mr McCracken and Mr Rutter assume the respective positions of chairman and chief executive and are joined by Direct Line founder Peter Wood, who is a non-executive director. Former director of Privilege Frank Kirwan is also a non-executive director.
