Jardine Lloyd Thompson hit back at the UBS analyst comment, which caused 10% of its share value to be wiped out recently. In a statement, Jardine Lloyd Thompson said: "In its regular meetings with analysts, Jardine Lloyd Thompson has reiterated the comments made at its full-year results statement of 23 February 2004, and its annual general meeting statement of 30 April 2004.
"In those statements, the company said that its risk solutions business would be impacted by the weakness of the US dollar
