Misys has won a contract to supply Towergate's MIA General Insurance and its professional indemnity division, SMG Professional Risks, bringing the number of Towergate businesses on the Misys system to six. Phillip Bell, chief executive officer of Misys, said: "Winning this contract is a major coup. They are a highly acquisitive and ambitious business with a clear growth strategy."
