Q We are looking to sell our business in the next six months and want to know what will happen to our bonus and profit-based commission?

share commission, will be affected by the sale of a business.


The most important question to consider is who should receive the bonus
and profit-based commission - the vendor or purchaser. If, for example, a
business is sold in month 10, will the vendor who has earned the
commission for 10 of the 12 months, or the purchaser who owns the business
in month 12, receive the commission, or will it be split pro rata whereby
each party
