Lark Insurance Brokers has bought Investec Insurance in a deal which includes a general insurance broker, a life and pension advisor and an offshore investment subsidiary.The combined group will have annual; revenues in excess of £9m and employ 175 people in offices in London, Kent, Essex, Sheffield and Jersey.
