Alexander Forbes has acquired insurance broker Martin-Gray (Channel Islands) for an undisclosed sum.Martin-Gray was founded by former chairman and joint managing director Geoffrey Martin in 1978. It now employs 34 people, split evenly between Jersey and Guernsey. Mr Martin will remain on the board as a non-executive director and Trevor Gray, formerly joint managing director, will become managing director of the joint business.
