Steve Broughton, UK managing director, personal financial services atRoyal SunAlliance, has been appointed chairman of Polaris. He takes over
from CGU managing director Cees Schrauwers, who has held the position
since 1994. Mr Broughton has been involved with Polaris since its
formation and was one of the architects of the company's strategy.
