Preston-based broker Catterall Insurance Services has come to therescue of taxi and private car drivers left without insurance cover
following the closure of its local competitor Goldleaf Insurance Brokers.
Goldleaf, which started trading in September 2000, was found to have been
operating illegally without the insurance registration required to comply
