Groupama is taking on the composite insurers with the launch of a package aimed at landlords and managing agents of both commercial and residential properties.Property Plus comprises three core policies: property owners, premier flats and landlords protection. The package is backed by a range of risk management services, 24-hour legal and emergency helplines and an IT system which allocates premium between tenants and issues policy documentation.
