Two of the three partners of the insurance law practice Linsley &Mortimer of Newcastle-upon-Tyne have joined the local office of lawyers
Eversheds. The third partner has become a consultant to Eversheds. Linsley
& Mortimer was on the legal panels of insurers that included CGU and Iron
Trades. One of its recent cases was the resolution of claims by North East
Shipyards against an asbestos producer.
