Wakefield-based insurance broker Milnes House Securities has been forced to sell up to the TL Dallas Group, after Norwich Union cancelled its agency. Spencer Hartley will continue to run the office and all four staff will be retained.
Despite being a successful general brokerage, Milnes House Securities was considered too small for Norwich Union. TL Dallas hopes to expand the commercial and personal business done through the office, and to expand into the Wakefield area generally.
