The Confederation of British Industry has said the Trades UnionCongress is using figures on employment tribunals to fuel the compensation
culture. Susan Anderson, director of human resources policy, said: "We are
disappointed the TUC is placing so much emphasis on litigation rather than
resolving disputes in the workplace."
