The Skills Council for Financial Services is piloting an e-learning course that leads to a qualification in managing training and competence. The course aims to help small firms meet Financial Services Authority regulatory requirements and address business needs. Participation in the trial costs £2000 for six months. If successful, it is expected to be launched as a national certificate in autumn. Contact fiona.melbourne@btinternet.com for further information.
