Misys is considering floating its general insurance divisions in
2004.


The software group intends to float its financial services division next
year and may roll Misys Financial Systems and Misys Insurance Management
into the same deal.


Paul Charles, head of communications, said: "We will float the Independent
Financial Adviser side in 2004 and are looking at how the general
