Brokers have come out top for customer satisfaction among professional advisors in the latest Norwich Union SME Attitudes to Business survey.
Research among 500 small to medium-sized enterprises showed levels of satisfaction are higher with brokers than with any other professional adviser. More than three-quarters acknowledged satisfaction with the service provided by their broker, compared with 63% for financial advisors, 64% for insurance companies and 67% for banks.
However, loyalty to brokers
