New start-up online insurer RapidInsure has gone live with aprofessional indemnity policy for technology consultants. Underwritten by
Hiscox, the new policy boasts a simplified online proposal form, which
RapidInsure claims will enable the client to go on cover within three
minutes of accessing the website - www.rapidinsure.co.uk. Payment is made
via a secure online credit card facility. Special features of the policy
include: cover provided for breach of an express or implied contractual
duty
