The Chartered Insurance Institute has joined forces with the BritishInsurance Brokers' Association to help general insurance brokers meet
their training and competency requirements under the Financial Services
Authority.
Broker Assess, launched at the conference, will allow brokers of all sizes
to meet the FSA's requirements on training and competency standards.
Sandy Scott, director general of the CII, explained: "It will provide
businesses with easy tools to allow approved persons under FSA
