Ecclesiastical has joined forces with Axa to create a policy and service designed to protect owners of listed properties. The bespoke service aims to tackle the problem of underinsurance - reinstatement costs of listed buildings are higher than normal. The new policy will be sold through specialist brokers, underlining Ecclesiastical's continued reliance on brokers. It is not just a direct seller, as implied in last month's PB.
