Highway has assigned Matt Taylor to the role of specialist motor underwriter to grow Highway's specialist vehicle and non-standard private car account. Prior to his appointment, Taylor worked for KGM Motor Policies at Lloyd's, where he was a deputy specialist vehicle underwriter responsible for generating schemes and broker relationships.
