Wellington has completed the sale of its high net worth business toChubb and will start to transfer policies to Chubb's Masterpiece programme
from next month. Steve Windich, Wellington's managing director, has also
joined Chubb's UK management team as personal lines development
manager.
With the deal now finalised, Chubb has given its assurances to all
Wellington's brokers that they will be given automatic agencies with
Chubb. The insurer has also moved to reassure staff at Wellington Personal
Insu
