Allianz Cornhill is to retrial the controversial voice stress analysis technique of fraud detection and prevention this month, after initial trials were inconclusive.
In conjunction with specialist Digilog, the method will be trialled for three months with household clients. A similar trial was conducted earlier this year with motor clients but results were unconvincing.
