Non-motor commercial legal expenses cover accounted for just 21.3% of the
total legal expenses market in 1997, according to the Association of
British Insurers.
The fact of the matter is that commercial legal expenses is still viewed
by many companies as an unnecessary luxury - most insureds do not believe
they will become embroiled in an expensive legal
