The retail division of the Broker Network has made its most significant acquisition to date. It has purchased a 75% stake in Towry Law Insurance Brokers from wealth management specialists JS&P Finance Company, who recently bought Towry Law.

The remaining 25% stake was bought by TLIB's management team, headed by managing director Martin Wright. Altogether the deal is worth £12.5m, with the Broker Network taking out a new bank debt to fund the majority of their share of the deal.
