Motor claims management specialist WNS Assistance has launched a stand-alone vehicle-repair management service for insurers and brokers. The move follows an expansion of WNS' engineers' department to 30 from 8 in 2004. WNS are expecting the number of motor claims managed to double to 500,000 by the end of 2006. WNS has also opened a second engineers' centre in Solihull, Birmingham, to cater for this predicted growth. The company's main body of engineers is located at its Ipswich headquarters.
