Ex-Service Motor Policies underwriter Nigel Martin has set up a newinsurance venture which will target taxi and mini cab business.
Trading under the name of Goodwood Insurance, the specialist intermediary
will be based in Hove, Sussex, and will be run by Mr Martin and Stephen
Barrett, who used to be operations manager at Wellington Motor.
Mr Martin resigned from Service (Syndicate 1222) at the end of last year
when the motor operation and its managing agency, Service Managing Agency,
was bought by
