Bob Scott, group chief executive of CGNU, has been appointed chairman
of the Association of British Insurers. He takes over from Sandy Leitch,
chief executive of Zurich Financial Services, who has been chairman for
the past two years. Scottish Widows chairman Mike Ross and Axa UK chairman
Mark Wood continue as deputy chairmen for a further year.
